开放教育视域下新型职业农民教育路径分析

On the Approach of Cultivating a New Type of Skilled Farmer in the View of Open Education

党的二十大提出要从产业、人才、文化、生态、组织等方面扎实推动乡村振兴。乡村振兴关键靠人才,需要培养一大批留得下、靠得住、用得上的新型职业农民。人才振兴靠教育,农村人口分散、农闲时间各异,开放教育具有教学资源覆盖面广、教学方式灵活的优点,在新型职业农民教育中大有可为。开放教育应充分发挥开放系统办学优势,形成“多方共建、上下联动”的协同办学格局,面向农村开设对接地方需求的专业,构建新型职业农民育人模式及课程体系,搭建网络化、立体化的新型职业农民学习“立交桥”,共建共享共用“一体化”学习资源,推进新型职业农民终身学习,进一步落实国家教育数字化战略,推进农村远程开放教育数字化建设,助力乡村全面振兴和可持续发展。

It is noted in the 20th CPC National Congress that rural vitalization should be promoted in an all-round way,and solid work must be done to revitalize the five areas including industries,competent personnel,culture,ecosystems,and organizations in rural areas.The key to rural vitalization lies in skilled farmers,and China needs to cultivate a large number of new type of skilled farmers so that they are reliable,capable and willing to stay in rural areas.Open education,unlike the ordinary education that needs a fixed time and place,can play a big role in training new type of skilled farmers although they have different slack seasons and are sparsely populated in rural areas,time and space are never a problem as open education enjoys broad teaching resource and flexible teaching.And in this paper,based on the analysis of the advantage of open education and study needs of new type of skilled farmer in China,the writer proposes an approach that may give full play to open education in training new type of skilled farmer.The way is that under the open teaching system,we build a collaborative education mode featuring Co-built by Multi-party and Joint Efforts by Upper and Lower Levels.In this open collaborative education mode,majors are set up in accordance with the needs of local rural areas,cultivation mode for new type of skilled farmer and curriculum system are also formed accordingly.A networked and three-dimensional overpass is built for new type of skilled farmers to study,and the overpass is an integration resource that is co-built and shared by all parties.It is expected that this open collaborative education mode helps to push forward the lifelong learning of new type of skilled farmers,aids in implementing the national strategy of digitalization of education,advancing open distance education,and assists in comprehensive rural vitalization and sustainable development in rural areas.
