摘要
通过构建先进制造业集聚发展的数理模型,推导影响先进制造业集聚的因素,并以安徽省16个地级市2011-2019年相关数据为样本,建立空间杜宾模型加以实证检验,结果表明:(1)安徽省先进制造业集聚存在显著的空间正相关性,一个城市先进制造业集聚会带动周边城市集聚发展,且从时间上看集聚程度不断提升;(2)专业化劳动力供给增加、市场潜力提升、中间服务投入增加和市场结构调整可以从整体上促进整个区域内先进制造业空间集聚;(3)技术水平由于省内城际发展不平衡、联系不紧密、人才流动性较低等原因难以发挥其空间溢出效应.鉴于这些结论本文提出相关政策建议.
By constructing a quantitative model for the development of advanced manufacturing agglomera-tion,the factors affecting advanced manufacturing agglomeration are deduced,and taking the relevant data of 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province from 2021 to 2019 as samples,a spatial Dobbin model is established for empirical test.The results show that:(1)there is a significant spatial positive correlation in Anhui advanced manufacturing agglomeration.The gathering of advanced manufacturing industries in a city drives the agglomera-tion development of surrounding cities,and the degree of agglomeration continues to improve in terms of time;(2)The increase of specialized labor supply,the improvement of market potential,the increase of intermediate service investment and the adjustment of market structure can promote the spatial agglomeration of advanced man-ufacturing industry in the whole region as a whole;(3)The technology level is difficult to play its spatial spillo-ver effect due to the unbalanced inter city development,loose connection and low talent mobility in the province.According to these conclusions,relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
