毫火针联合308准分子光治疗白癜风患者疗效及对其免疫功能的影响

Efficacy of milli-fire needle combined with 308 excimer light in the treatment of patients with vitiligo and its effect on immune function

目的探讨毫火针联合308准分子光治疗白癜风患者疗效及对其免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月本院收治的107例白癜风患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=54)与对照组(n=53)。观对照组患者采用308准分子光治疗,观察组采用毫火针联合308准分子光治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后免疫指标、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的81.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,两组不良反应发生率及复发率比较差异无统计学意义。结论毫火针联合308准分子光治疗白癜风患者临床疗效显著,提高患者免疫功能,不增加不良反应发生率,且复发率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the Efficacy of milli-fire needle combined with 308 excimer light in the treatment of patients with vitiligo and its effect on immune function.Methods A total of 107 patients with vitiligo admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and there divided into the observation group(n=54)and the control group(n=53)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with 308 excimer light,and the observation group was treated with milli-fire needle combined with 308 excimer light,the clinical efficacy,immune indexes before and after treatment,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 81.13%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group wase higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,there were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of milli-fire needle combined with 308 excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo patients is significant,and the immune function of patients is improved,at the same time,does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,and recurrence rate are low,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
