摘要
类风湿关节炎是一种自身免疫性疾病。该病患者发生心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤及抑郁症的风险是非RA患者的2.38倍。对类风湿关节炎危险因素的研究有助于医护人员识别高危人群,对高危人群进行健康教育,制订个性化的健康教育处方,并提供针对性的改进措施,预防类风湿关节炎的发生,类风湿关节炎危险因素包括自身因素及生活环境因素。本文就类风湿关节炎相关危险因素的研究进展进行了综述。
Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease.The risk of cardiovascular disease,malignancy and depression in patients with this disease is 2.38 times that of non-RA patients.Research on the risk factors of rheumatoid arthritis is helpful for medical staff to identify high-risk groups,conduct health education for high-risk groups,formulate personalized health education prescriptions,and provide targeted improvement measures to prevent the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis.The risk factors of rheumatoid arthritis include their own factors and living environment factors.This article reviews the research progress of risk factors related to rheumatoid arthritis.
