公共伦理视角下的尊严与健康

在面对公共卫生事件时,来自疫区的人容易被污名化而受到歧视,患者的尊严也可能在救治过程中受到有意或无意的冒犯。在这样一个尊严仍然被普遍忽视、漠视与歧视的世界中,如何在面对公共卫生事件中维护与促进人的尊严,就成为一个公共伦理难题。解决公共卫生事件与维护人的尊严之间并不冲突,而是相互促进的。充分尊重人的尊严的措施与政策更能得到个人的理解、支持与配合。公共伦理视角要求对患病的弱势人群给予特殊尊重与关怀,以维护尊严的方式向脆弱人群提供医疗卫生服务。

In epidemic prevention and control,people from epidemic areas are easy to be stigmatized and discriminated,and the dignity of patients may be offended intentionally or unintentionally in the treatment process.In such a world where dignity is still generally ignored,ignored and discriminated against,how to maintain and promote human dignity in epidemic prevention and control has become a public ethical problem.There is no conflict between epidemic prevention and control and human dignity,but mutual promotion.The prevention and control measures and policies that fully respect human dignity can be better understood,supported and cooperated by individuals.From the perspective of dignity,special respect and care should be given to vulnerable groups in the epidemic situation,so as to provide medical and health services to vulnerable groups in a dignified way.
