全自动集装箱码头方案分析及关键技术

摘要 自动化码头改造是传统码头转型升级的有效途径,制定合适的自动化技术方案,是建设和改造集装箱码头的前提。通过梳理国内已建自动化集装箱码头的特点,归纳5种典型的总体技术方案,从布局形态、装卸方式和隔离方式等方面分析各种方案的适用性。对自动化集装箱码头的关键技术进行分析,针对平面布局、装卸设备、仿真工艺及操作系统等方面提出建议,为全自动化码头工程建设提供决策参考。 Automated terminal is an effective way to transform and upgrade traditional terminal,and the development of appropriate automation technology scheme is crucial to the construction and transformation of container terminal.By combing the characteristics of domestic built automated container terminal,five typical overall technical schemes are summarized,and the applicability of various solutions is analyzed in terms of layout form,handling methods and isolation methods.The key technologies of the automated container terminal are analyzed,and suggestions are made for the plan layout,handling equipments,simulation process and operating system,etc.,which provide decision-making references for the engineering construction of fully automated terminal.
