“建设高质量教育体系”呼唤高质量的教育评价。高质量教育评价既是高质量教育体系的重要组成部分,也是高质量教育体系的重要保障。对教育评价自身进行评价属于元评价范畴,衡量教育评价是否高质量的主要标准有四:一是合科学性,教育评价的手段、方式、内容等需体现科学性和专业性;二是合规定性,教育评价应该回归到自身的本质规定;三是合目的性,教育评价应以人的发展为最高目的;四是合伦理性,教育评价应以合乎道德的方式进行,体现公正、民主、关怀等多种伦理价值。高质量教育评价需要做到以促进人的发展为价值旨归,建立完善的教育元评价机制,同时以信息技术赋能教育评价。

“Building a high quality education system”calls for high quality educational evaluation.High quality educational evaluation is not only an important part of high quality education system,but also a quality guarantee means of high quality education system.The evaluation of education itself belongs to the category of meta-evaluation,and the measurement of whether educational evaluation is of high quality includes four criteria:first,it is scientific,and the means,methods and contents of educational evaluation should reflect scientificity and professionalism;second,it is qualitative compliance and educational evaluation should return to their own essential regulations;third,it is purposeful and educational evaluation should take human development as its telos;forth,it is ethical rationality and educational evaluation should be carried out in a moral way,reflecting a variety of ethical values such as justice,democracy and care.To move towards a good educational evaluation,we need to take human development as the starting point and return of educational evaluation,establish a perfect educational meta-evaluation mechanism,and enable educational evaluation with information technology.
