烧结矿成品运输系统的柔性转运技术应用

摘要 针对攀钢钒钛烧结矿转运摔打粉碎率高以及系统扬尘大的问题,在新3#烧结机的成3皮带对P101/P201的溜槽进行了柔性转运技术的研究与应用,实施后系统负荷运行顺畅,转运整体配套装置无卡料、堵料、皮带跑偏现象,降低了烧结矿的粉碎率,环境粉尘污染有较大改善,产生了一定的经济效益与社会效益。 In response to address the problems of the sintered ore transfer hopper of Pangang group panzhihua steel vanadium Co.,LTD like high crushing rate of the sintered ore and the large amount of dust generated by the system,a flexible transfer technology is studied and applied on the chutes P101/P201 on the finished product conveyor 3 of the new No.3 sintering machine.After implementation,the system operates smoothly and normally with load,and the overall supporting equipment for the transfer system shows no signs of jamming,blockage,or belt misalignment.The system reduces the crushing rate of sintered ores,greatly reduces the environmental dust pollution,and generates certain economic and social benefits.
