球团烟气脱硫脱硝系统活性炭减耗的研究与实践

摘要 介绍了某公司球团生产线逆流式活性炭脱硫脱硝系统的工艺特点,该系统的活性炭消耗由化学消耗和物理消耗两部分构成,分析了影响活性炭消耗的主要因素。结合球团生产工艺,采取降低活性炭循环量、优化风筛除尘设施的风量控制、加强解析塔振动筛的维护管理等措施,有效减少了活性炭的物理消耗,减耗量为177.01 t/m,达到降低球团生产成本的目的。 The process characteristics of the countercurrent activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification system in a pelletizing production line of a company are introduced.The activated carbon consumption of the system are mainly the two types of consumption:chemical consumption and physical consumption,and the main factors affecting the activated carbon consumption are analyzed.Combined with the pellet production process,measures such as reducing the recycling volume of activated carbon,optimizing the air volume control of the air screen dedusting facility,and strengthening the maintenance and management of the vibrating screen of the absorption tower are adopted so that the physical consumption of activated carbon is effectively reduced.The reduction of the physical consumption of activated carbon reaches 177.01 t/m,and it achieves the purpose of lowering the pellet production cost.
