Study on the Path of Realizing the Value of Ecological Products

生态产品价值实现与人类福祉紧密结合,也是生态文明建设的重要任务。建立健全高质量普适的生态产品价值实现机制是生态文明建设工程中的要点与难点。探索合理的生态产品价值实现路径与模式也就是探索“两山”转化的现实路径。本研究通过文献梳理,明晰生态产品的内涵与特征,分析生态产品价值形成机理,总结生态产品价值实现实践模式及经验,最后提出生态产品价值实现的路径:(1)持续发挥政府主导作用;(2)建立健全法律法规体系;(3)推动构建科学核算体系;(4)培育完善市场机制;(5)充分尊重人的主观需求;(6)创新多元价值实现路径。

The realization of the value of ecological products is closely integrated with human well-being,and it is also an important task in the construction of ecological civilization.It is the key and difficult point of ecological civilization construction project to establish a high-quality and universal ecological product value realization mechanism.To explore the reasonable path and mode of realizing the value of ecological products is to explore the realistic path of the transformation of“two mountains”.Through literature review,the research clarifies the connotation and characteristics of ecological products,analyzes the formation mechanism of the value of ecological products,summarizes the practical mode and experience of realizing the value of ecological products,and finally puts forward the path of realizing the value of ecological products:(1)Continue to play the leading role of the government;(2)Establish and improve the system of laws and regulations;(3)Promote the establishment of a scientific accounting system;(4)Cultivate and improve the market mechanism;(5)Fully respect people’s subjective needs;(6)Innovate multi-value realization path.
