污染土壤异位协同处置修复工程效果评估——以粤北某砷、铅复合污染场地土壤修复工程为例 被引量:2

摘要 本文以粤北某无机化工厂重金属(铅、砷)复合污染场地为例,该场地土壤污染浓度超过人体健康风险可接受水平,以采用土壤异位筛分+砖厂焚烧制砖协同处理技术修复的方式对场地污染土壤进行修复。依据《污染地块风险管控与土壤修复效果评估技术导则》(HJ25.5—2018)对该修复工程进行评估。修复后场地土壤检测结果均低于修复目标值,协同处置生产的成品砖浸出检测结果低于相关要求,施工过程环保措施到位,修复工程效果评估合格,提出的修复技术可行且可复制推广,可对此类土壤修复工程提供参考。 This paper takes the heavy metal(lead and arsenic)combined contaminated site in an inorganic chemical plant in northern Guangdong,whose soil pollution concentration exceeds the acceptable level of human health risk,as an example,and restores the contaminated soil of the site using“soil ex-situ screening+brickyard incineration brick making co-processing techniques”.In addition,the restoration project is evaluated based on the Technical Guidelines for Risk Control and Soil Remediation Effect Evaluation of Contaminated Sites(HJ25.5-2018).The soil test results after remediation were lower than the remediation targets,and the leaching test results of the finished bricks produced by synergistic treatment met the relevant requirements.In addition,the environmental protection measures during construction were in place,and the remediation project passed the effect evaluation.The proposed remediation technology is feasible,replicable and can provide a reference for similar soil remediation projects.
