Analysis of the role of environmental supervision in the prevention and control of environmental pollution——taking the implementation of environmental pollution control project in Heze City as an example

为实现环境监理在环境污染防治工作中的作用,本文以菏泽市实施环境污染防治工程为例,简要分析了环境监理人员如何指导企业,对现有环保设施进行提升改造,从而增强企业治污能力,提高环境管理水平,改善环境质量,在污染减排中起到了积极作用。随着经济和社会的发展,环境污染防治成为世界各国越来越重视的问题。环境监理作为环境污染防治工作的重要环节,发挥着不可替代的作用。本文结合菏泽市环境污染防治工程的具体实践,论述了环境监理的发展前景,对环境监理在环境污染防治工作中的作用进行了分析。

In order to realize the role of environmental supervision in environmental pollution prevention and control work,this paper takes the implementation of environmental pollution prevention and control project in Heze City as an example,briefly analyzes how environmental supervision personnel guide enterprises to upgrade the existing environmental protection facilities,thus enhancing the pollution control ability of enterprises,improving the environmental management level,improving the environmental quality,and playing a positive role in pollution reduction.With the development of economy and society,the prevention and control of environmental pollution has become more and more important in the world.As an important link of environmental pollution prevention and control,environmental supervision plays an irreplaceable role.Combining with the concrete practice of environmental pollution control project in Heze city,the paper also discusses the development prospect of environmental supervision,and analyzes the role of environmental supervision in environmental pollution control work.
