新经济开发区发展与环境规划探讨

为了更好满足发展要求,区域经济发展成为重点内容,在全国范围内大规模开展。与此同时,关于区域环境的研究也得到重视,如何协调经济开发区和环境之间的关系、如何有效保护经济开发区环境成为研究探索要点。本文以呼伦贝尔市根河兴安经济开发区为研究对象,吸收以往老工业区、城市环境综合规划理论和相关经验,探究新经济开发区的发展与环境规划之间的关系,总结协调发展基本原则,并提出几点可行建议,希望为我国经济开发区建设、发展和环境保护工程实施提供更多借鉴。

In order to better meet the development requirements,regional economic development has become a key content,carried out on a large scale across the country.At the same time,the research on regional environment has also been paid attention to.How to coordinate the relationship between economic development zones and the environment,and how to effectively protect the environment of economic development zones have become the key points of research and exploration.This paper to the hulun buir city root river utilize modern economic development zone as the research object,absorb the old industrial zone,urban environment comprehensive planning theory and related experience,explore the relationship between the development of new economic development zone and environmental planning,summarizes the basic principles of coordinated development,and put forward some feasible Suggestions,hope for China's economic development zone construction,development and environmental protection project implementation to provide more reference.
