新疆生态环境治理法治化研究

Research on the legalization of ecological environment governance in Xinjiang

生态文明建设必须坚持用最严格的制度、最严密的法治保护生态环境。新疆在发展经济过程中对生态环境重视度不高,导致新疆各地生态环境越来越差。面对新疆环境保护法律制度难以落实、环境执法不严、司法救济困难、监管机制不完善、环保意识不足等问题,自治区政府应完善新疆生态环境法律制度体系、推进基层生态环境执法、建立环境保护司法救济制度、加强生态环境监管体系等生态环境保护法治化路径,建设美丽新疆。

The construction of ecological civilization must adhere to the strictest system and strictest rule of law to protect the ecological environment.In the process of economic development,Xinjiang has not attached great importance to the ecological environment,which has led to the deterioration of the ecological environment in various regions of Xinjiang.Faced with difficulties in implementing the legal system for environmental protection in Xinjiang,lax environmental law enforcement,difficulties in judicial relief,imperfect regulatory mechanisms,and insufficient environmental awareness,the autonomous region government should improve the legal system for ecological environment in Xinjiang,promote grassroots ecological environment law enforcement,create a judicial relief system for environmental protection,strengthen the ecological environment supervision system,and other legal paths for ecological environment protection,in order to build a beautiful Xinjiang.
