张广中教授辨证论治丘疹性荨麻疹的经验

Professor Zhang Guangzhong’s experience in the differentiation and treatment of papular urticaria

丘疹性荨麻疹常伴剧烈瘙痒,易反复,降低患者生活质量。张广中教授在承袭燕京赵氏皮科流派治疗丘疹性荨麻疹学术思想的基础上,认为风邪郁闭玄府为初始表现,肺脾失调为关键病理环节,脾胃虚弱为根本病机。治疗上在常规清热消导、凉血解毒、疏风止痒之法的基础上,强调微发汗畅玄府以解表,宣肺金运脾土以利湿,补脾胃养阴营以实卫,并且针药结合,内外合治,相得益彰。并结合典型医案一则,论述张广中教授针药并用治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的临证思路,以期为丘疹性荨麻疹的中医治疗提供一定参考。

Papular urticaria is often accompanied by severe itching,easy to repeat,reducing the quality of life in patients.On the basis of inheriting the academic thought of Yanjing Zhao’s dermatology school in the treatment of papular urticaria,Professor Zhang Guangzhong believes that the initial manifestation is the wind evil and stagnation of Xuanfu,the imbalance of the lungs and spleen is the key pathological link,and the weakness of the spleen and stomach is the fundamental pathogenesis.On the basis of the conventional methods of clearing heat and removing blood stasis,cooling blood and detoxifying,dispelling wind and relieving itching,the treatment emphasizes slightly sweating and relaxing Xuanfu to relieve external symptoms,xuanfei jinyun spleen soil to remove dampness,tonifying spleen and stomach,nourishing yin and nutrient to strengthen the defense,and the combination of acupuncture and medicine,internal and external treatment,complement each other.Combined with a typical medical case,this paper discusses the clinical thinking of Professor Zhang Guangzhong in the treatment of papular urticaria with acupuncture and medicine,in order to provide some reference for the treatment of papular urticaria with traditional Chinese medicine.
