铁死亡的机制及其在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中应用的研究进展

摘要 铁死亡是近年来发现的一种新型的细胞死亡,在细胞死亡过程中通常伴随着大量的铁积累和脂质过氧化。诱导铁死亡的因素可通过不同途径直接或间接影响谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,导致细胞抗氧化能力下降和脂质活性氧积累,最终导致细胞氧化死亡。研究显示,铁死亡与许多疾病的病理生理过程密切相关,如肿瘤、缺血再灌注损伤。如何通过调控细胞铁死亡来干预相关疾病的发生和发展,已成为病因研究和治疗的热点和重点,但铁死亡的功能变化和具体分子机制仍需进一步探索。本文系统总结了铁死亡研究的最新进展,为进一步了解其发病机制和提出治疗相关疾病的新靶点提供参考。 Ferroptosis is a new type of cell death discovered in recent years,which is usually accompanied by a large amount of iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation during the cell death process.The factors that induce ferroptosis can directly or indirectly affect glutathione peroxidase through different pathways,leading to the decline of cellular antioxidant capacity and the accumulation of lipid reactive oxygen species,and ultimately lead to cellular oxidative death.Studies have shown that ferroptosis is closely related to pathophysiological processes of many diseases,such as tumors and ischemia-reperfusion injury.How to intervene in the occurrence and development of related diseases by regulating cell ferroptosis has become a hotspot and focus of etiological research and treatment,but the functional changes and specific molecular mechanisms of ferroptosis still need to be further explored.This article systematically summarizes the latest progress in the study of ferroptosis,providing reference for further understanding of its pathogenesis,and proposing new targets for treatment of related diseases.
