摘要
随着医疗卫生事业的发展,传统的医学教育教学模式已无法满足新时代医学人才培养的需求。微格化教学训练目标明确、重点突出、反馈及时、评价准确,在越来越多的专业实践教学中得以应用与推广。本文通过分析“化学毒剂中毒医学救援”实训教学的现状与存在的问题,初步探索微格化教学模式在其中的应用。在开展微格化教学后,学生的实践操作考试成绩和总成绩显著高于微格化教学前,学生的学习兴趣、交流能力、解决问题能力及整体素质都得到提升,对课程的满意度普遍较高。总之,微格化教学模式能将复杂的实践技能化繁为简,有层次、多维度地训练学生掌握关键的技能,提升综合能力,从而更加有效地实现教学目标,在“化学毒剂中毒医学救援”技能实训中应用效果良好,值得推广。
With the development of medical and health undertakings,the traditional medical education and teaching model has been unable to meet the needs of medical personnel training in the new era.Due to its clear training objectives,prominent focus,timely feedback,and accurate evaluation,microteaching has been applied and promoted in more and more professional practical teaching.By analyzing the present situation and existing problems in the practical teaching of“medical rescue of chemical poison poisoning”,this paper explores the application of microteaching mode is explored.After carrying out microteaching,students,practical test scores and total scores are significantly higher than those before microteaching,and students’learning interest,communication ability,problem-solving ability,and overall quality have been improved,and their satisfaction with the course is generally high.In short,microteaching mode can transform complex practical skills into simple ones,and trains students to master key skills in a hierarchical and multi-dimensional way,as well as improves comprehensive ability,and thus achieves teaching objectives more effectively.The application effect is good in the practical training of“medical rescue of chemical poison poisoning”skills,and it is worth promoting.
