张丽梅教授以“五脏同治”法论治冠心病经验

Professor Zhang Limei’s experience in treating coronary heart disease with the method of“treating five zang viscera together”

冠心病是临床最常见的心血管疾病之一,其发病率、病死率逐年升高,严重危害人类健康。西医防治冠心病效果显著,药物、介入及外科手术等方法日益完善,但仍会出现在西医标准药物治疗下心绞痛反复发作、支架后血栓形成再狭窄等问题,严重影响了患者的预后和生活质量。对于冠心病的防治,中医药发挥了重要作用。张丽梅教授基于多年临床经验,提倡运用中西医结合防治冠心病,其中医辨治独具特色。张丽梅教授认为冠心病病位主要在心,与肺、脾、肝、肾四脏密切相关,抓住心脉痹阻这一主要病机,分清主次,标本兼治,以宣痹通脉,五脏同治为治疗大法进行辨证施治,对冠心病的各个阶段进行干预,体现了中医整体观、辨证论治的特点和“未病先防、既病防变、瘥后防复”的治未病思想。

Coronary heart disease is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in clinic.Its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year,which seriously endangers human health.Western medicine is effective in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease,and the methods of drugs,intervention,and surgery are increasingly perfect,but problems such as recurrent angina pectoris under the treatment of standard western medicine and stent thrombosis restenosis still occur,which seriously affect the prognosis and quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.Based on many years of clinical experience,Professor Zhang Limei advocates the use of traditional Chinese and western medicine to prevent and treat coronary heart disease,which has unique characteristics with differential treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Zhang Limei believes that coronary heart disease is mainly in the heart,which is closely related to the four zang viscera of the lung,spleen,liver,and kidney.Grasp the main pathogenesis of heart and pulse obstruction,distinguish the primary and secondary,treat both manifestation and root cause of disease,and conduct syndrome differentiation treatment with dredging channel blockade to unclog pulse,treat five zang viscera together as the treatment method,and intervene in each stage of coronary heart disease.It embodies the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and the preventive treatment of disease idea of“prevention before disease onset,prevent progression after disease onset,prevent recurrence of disease”.
