经脐单孔腹腔镜联合宫腔镜手术治疗女性不孕症的效果研究

Studyed on the effect of transumbilical single port laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of female infertility

目的旨在探讨女性不孕症经脐单孔腹腔镜联合宫腔镜手术治疗的效果。方法收集我院2018年6月至2019年6月因女性输卵管性不孕进行宫腹腔镜手术患者52例,其中26例为常规组(传统宫腹腔镜手术患者),26例为单孔组(经脐单孔腹腔镜联合宫腔镜手术患者),对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、住院总费用、术后1年内妊娠情况进行观察、记录和分析。结果单孔组的平均手术时间长于常规组,总费用多于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者术中出血量、术后住院时间、输卵管再通率及妊娠例数相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜联合宫腔镜手术治疗女性不孕症患者的效果与传统宫腹腔镜手术治疗效果相当,但相对损伤较少的经脐单孔腹腔镜手术,同时具有美观的切口,在女性不孕患者手术治疗中值得推广使用。

Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of transumbilical single port laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of female infertility.Methods A collection of 52 patients with female tubal infertility underwent hysteroscopic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to June.2019.Included 26 patients in the conventional group(patients with traditional laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopic surgery)and 26 patients in the single port laparoscopy group(patients with transumbilical single port laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopic surgery).Observed,recorded and analyzeed the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative hospital stay,total cost of hospitalization,and pregnancy within one year after operation.Results The average operation time of the single port group was longer than that of the conventional group,and the total cost was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the amount of intraoperative bleeding,the length of postoperative hospital stay,recanalization rate of oviduct and the number of pregnancies(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of transumbilical single port laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of female infertility patients is equivalent to the traditional hysteroscopy,but the transumbilical single port laparoscopy with less damage and beautiful incision is worth promoting and using in the surgical treatment of female infertility patients.
