产前Ⅲ级超声检测用于孕中期胎儿先天性心脏病筛查的临床准确性评价

Clinical accuracy evaluation of prenatal gradeⅢultrasound detection for screening fetal congenital heart disease in the second trimester of pregnancy

目的探讨产前Ⅲ级超声检测用于孕中期胎儿先天性心脏病筛查的临床准确性。方法本次纳入2018年12月至2021年12月期间在本院定期体检的3000名孕中期孕妇展开研究,均进行产前Ⅲ级超声检查,以引产、流产后及分娩后检查结果为金标准,观察产前Ⅲ级超声检查方式的诊断结果。结果孕中期孕妇的胎儿先天性心脏病检出率为2.53%;产前Ⅲ级超声检查的敏感度、特异度、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值依次为97.37%、99.97%、99.90%、98.67%、99.93%;以金标准为参照,产前Ⅲ级超声检查的胎儿先天性心脏病类型总符合率为98.68%。结论产前Ⅲ级超声检查具有较高的孕中期胎儿先天性心脏病筛查效果,有助于诊断准确性的提升。

Objective To explore the clinical accuracy of prenatal gradeⅢultrasound detection for screening fetal congenital heart disease in the second trimester of pregnancy.Methods A study was conducted on 3000 mid pregnancy pregnant women who underwent regular physical examinations at our hospital from December 2018 to December 2021.All women underwent prenatal gradeⅢultrasound examination,with the results of induced abortion,post abortion,and post delivery examinations as the gold standard.The diagnostic results of prenatal gradeⅢultrasound examination were observed.Results The detection rate of fetal congenital heart disease in mid pregnancy pregnant women was 2.53%;The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of prenatal gradeⅢultrasound examination were 97.37%,99.97%,99.90%,98.67%,and 99.93%,respectively;Using the gold standard as a reference,the total coincidence rate of fetal congenital heart disease types detected by prenatal gradeⅢultrasound is 98.68%.Conclusion Prenatal LevelⅢultrasound examination has a high screening effect on fetal congenital heart disease in the second trimester of pregnancy,which helps to improve diagnostic accuracy.
