洛铂与顺铂在辅助宫颈癌患者化疗中的效果比较

Comparison of efficacy of Lobaplatin and Cisplatin in adjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer patients

目的比较洛铂与顺铂在辅助宫颈癌患者化疗中的效果。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月安顺市人民医院收治的30例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(15例)与对照组(15例)。观察组采用洛铂辅助化疗,对照组采用顺铂辅助化疗。比较两组的治疗效果,不良反应发生情况、肿瘤复发率、血清缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管表皮生长因子(VEGF)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、脯氨酸羟化酶2(PHD2)。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者化疗期间的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中患者肿瘤复发率为13.33%(2/15),与对照组的20.00%(3/15)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后的VEGF、HIF-1α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的AFP、PHD2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洛铂在宫颈癌化疗中的临床应用效果显著,且不良反应少,安全系数高,可参考应用。

Objective To compare the efficacy of Lobaplatin and Cisplatin in adjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer patients.Methods Thirty patients with cervical cancer treated in Anshun People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases)according to random number table method.Observation group received Lobaplatin adjuvant chemotherapy,control group received Nedaplatin adjuvant chemotherapy.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate of tumor,serum hypoxia-inducing factor 1α(HIF-1α),vascular epidermal growth factor(VEGF),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and proline hydroxylase 2(PHD2)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of tumor in observation group was 13.33%(2/15),which was not statistically significant compared with 20.00%(3/15)in control group(P>0.05).The levels of VEGF and HIF-1αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of AFP and PHD2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application effect of Loplatin in cervical cancer chemotherapy is significant,with few adverse reactions and high safety factor,which can be referred for application.
