抗凝血酶Ⅲ、白蛋白及血小板计数在肝硬化病情发展中的变化趋势

Trend of changes in antithrombin Ⅲ, albumin and platelet in the development of liver cirrhosis

目的分析抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、白蛋白(ALB)及血小板计数(PLT)在肝硬化病情发展中的变化趋势。方法回顾性分析2022年3月至2023年2月盐城市第三人民医院收治的147例肝硬化患者(研究组)的临床资料,按照Child-Pugh分级将其分为A级36例、B级78例,C级33例;选取同期100名健康体检者或无肝脏疾病且对检测指标无影响的患者作为对照组。比较和分析不同分级的肝硬化患者及对照组的AT-Ⅲ、ALB及PLT水平。结果研究组患者的AT-Ⅲ、ALB及PLT水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);C级组患者的AT-Ⅲ、ALB水平低于B级组,B级组患者的AT-Ⅲ、ALB水平低于A级组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A级、B级及C级各组间的PLT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝硬化患者AT-Ⅲ及ALB水平随着肝硬化的发展变化显著,而PLT的变化相对平缓。

Objective To analyze the trend of changes in antithrombinⅢ(AT-Ⅲ),albumin(ALB)and platelet(PLT)in the development of liver cirrhosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 147 patients with liver cirrhosis(study group)admitted to the Yancheng Third People's Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023.According to the Child-Pugh classification,they were divided into 36 A-grade patients,78 B-grade patients,and 33 C-grade patients.During the same period,100 healthy examinees or patients without liver disease or any impact on the detection indicators as the control group were selected.The condition of patients at different grades of liver cirrhosis and anti AT-Ⅲ,ALB and PLT levels of the control group were compared and analyzed.Results The levels of AT-Ⅲ,ALB and PLT in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of AT-Ⅲand ALB in the C-grade group were lower than those in the B-grade group,while the levels of AT-Ⅲand ALB in the B-grade group were lower than those in the A-grade group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PLT levels among A,B and C-grade groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of AT-Ⅲand ALB in patients with liver cirrhosis significantly change with the development of liver cirrhosis,while the change in PLT level is relatively stable.
