专业化功能锻炼联合互联网健康指导对鼻咽癌放疗后张口困难患者的影响

Effects of specialised functional exercise combined with internet health guidance on nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy patients with difficulty in mouth opening

目的 探讨专业化功能锻炼联合互联网健康指导对鼻咽癌放疗后张口困难患者的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年12月医院收治的80例鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者实施常规护理措施,观察组患者实施专业化功能锻炼联合互联网健康指导。比较两组患者干预前后自我管理效能评分、张口困难程度以及生活质量评分。结果 干预前,两组患者自我管理效能评分、张口困难程度以及生活质量评分的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者自我管理效能中正性态度、自我决策以及自我解压维度评分均高于对照组,张口困难程度低于对照组,生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、头颈部附加条目以及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 专业化功能锻炼联合互联网健康指导可提高鼻咽癌放疗后患者的自我管理效能,降低张口困难程度,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of specialised functional exercise combined with internet health guidance on patients with diffi culty in mouth opening after radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Methods 80 nasopharyngeal cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study object,they were divided into the control group and observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between the groups,each group with 40 cases.The patients in the control group implemented conventional nursing measures,and the patients in the observation group implemented specialised functional exercise combined with internet health guidance.The self-management efficacy scores,the degree of diffi culty in opening the mouth,and the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically signifi cant difference in the self-management efficacy scores,difficulty in opening the mouth,and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the self-management effi cacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in the dimensions of positive attitudes,self-decision-making,and self-unwinding,and the diffi culty in opening the mouth was lower than that of the control group;the scores of the physiological status,social/family status,emotional status,functional status,head and neck additional entries were higher than the control group.condition,social/family condition,emotional condition,functional condition,head and neck additional entries,and total score were higher than those of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialised functional exercise combined with internet health guidance can improve the self-management efficacy of nasopharyngeal cancer patients,reduce the degree of mouth opening diffi culties and improve the quality of life.
