摘要
以产业共生与功能融合为特点、强调“整体”“协调”的产业生态圈,为培育现代化都市圈提供现实支撑。但当前产业生态圈研究集中于微观园区设计及各产业实践,缺少对都市圈尺度的关注及其独特意涵和机理的系统分析。将产业生态圈从园区尺度拓展到都市圈范围,依据“理论演进—演化机理—实证评价”逻辑,剖析发展机理并以耦合协调度评价其发展程度,为丰富产业生态圈理论、促进现代化都市圈实践提供借鉴。研究提出,产业生态圈视域下的都市圈由主体要素、驱动要素和支撑要素构成,经“单体集聚→多链聚环→超循环耦合”3个阶段、两次飞跃的发展,不断向多个产业生态圈协同、产城人融合的都市圈高质量发展愿景趋近。
The industrial ecosystem,which is characterized by industrial symbiosis and functional integration and emphasizes“integration”and“coordination”,provides practical support for the cultivation of modern metropolitan circle.However,the current industrial ecosystem research focuses on the micro park design and the practice of various industries,and lacks the attention to the metropolitan circle scale and the systematic analysis of its unique meaning and mechanism.Expanding the industrial ecosystem from the industrial evolution scale to the scope of the metropolitan circle,according to the logic of“theoretical evolution-evolution mechanism-empirical evaluation”,the development mechanism is analyzed and its development degree is evaluated by coupling and coordination,so as to provide reference for enriching the theory of industrial ecological circle and promoting the practice of modern metropolitan circle.It is proposed that the metropolitan circle under the perspective of the industrial ecosystem is composed of main elements,driving elements and supporting elements.Through the three stages and two leaps of“single agglomeration,multiple chains and supercycle coupling”,it is constantly approaching to the high-quality development vision of the coordination of multiple industrial ecosystem and the integration of industry-city-people.
