物流产业链供应链中国式现代化的逻辑机理与发展路径探析

The Logical Mechanism and Development Path of Chinese Modernization of Logistics Industry Chain and Supply Chain

物流产业链供应链是经济流通的大动脉,在整个经济社会系统中承担重要服务职能和发挥保障支撑作用,其转型升级对培育经济发展新动能、推进高质量发展、衔接双循环新发展格局有重要意义。但当前我国物流产业链供应链仍存在着发展不平衡、不充分,在全球供应链中韧性与安全不足,数智化技术赋能不足等问题,需要以更高维度的思维范式、更深层次的实践改革推动其转型升级。本文在文献回顾与现实情境研究的基础上,刻画了我国物流产业链供应链现代化应有内涵,阐述了其理论、历史、现实三方面的逻辑机理,并基于我国物流产业链供应链的发展趋势和所面临的挑战,提出了物流产业链供应链中国式现代化的发展路径,以期为我国物流产业链供应链发展提供相关理论与实践上的建议。

As the main artery of economic circulation,the logistics industry chain and supply chain play an important service function and guarantee support role in the entire economic and social system,and its transformation and upgrading are of great significance to cultivate new drivers of economic development,promote high-quality development,and connect the new development pattern of dual circulation.However,at present,China's logistics industry chain supply chain still has problems such as unbalanced and inadequate development,insufficient security and toughness in the global supply chain,and insufficient empowerment of digital intelligence technology.It is necessary to promote its transformation and upgrading with a higher latitude thinking paradigm and deeper practical reform.On the basis of literature review and realistic situation study,this paper describes the connotation of the modernization of China's logistics industry chain and supply chain,expounds its theoretical,historical and realistic logical mechanisms,and puts forward the development path of China's logistics industry chain and supply chain modernization based on the development trend and challenges facing China's logistics industry chain and supply chain.In order to provide relevant theoretical and practical suggestions for the development of logistics industry chain and supply chain in China.
