烟草物流数字化转型与绩效——基于一个有调节的中介模型

Tobacco Logistics Digital Transformation and Performance:Based on a Moderated Mediation Model

在大数据背景下,数字生态系统正在颠覆传统的烟草物流运作模式。本文构建了一个有调节的中介模型,分析了大数据技术对烟草物流交付绩效与成本绩效的影响。研究发现:①大数据技术不但直接提升了烟草物流运营效率,还以组织的动态能力为中介间接影响了组织绩效;②大数据技术的技术门槛显著调节了大数据技术对动态能力的转化效果;③烟草物流部门的组织准备显著调节了动态能力对绩效的积极作用。最后提出烟草物流企业应做好引进大数据技术的准备工作,引进稳定、易用的数字技术,兼顾与当前系统的兼容性,完善数据质量评估体系等建议,以期探索如何利用数字技术为物流系统制定决策,优化运行规则。

In the era of big data,digital ecosystem is subverting the traditional operation mode of tobacco logistics.How big data technology affects the performance of tobacco logistics,and what factors are involved in the regulation and other problems need to be solved urgently.This paper constructs a moderated mediation model to analyze the impact of big data technology on tobacco logistics delivery and cost performance.The findings are as follows,big data technology not only directly improves the operational efficiency of tobacco logistics,but also indirectly affects organizational performance through the intermediary of organizational dynamic capacity.The technological threshold of big data technology significantly adjusts the transformation effect of big data technology on dynamic capabilities.Organizational readiness of tobacco logistics department significantly moderated the positive effect of dynamic capability on performance.It is suggested that tobacco logistics enterprises should prepare for the introduction of big data technology,introduce stable and easy-to-use digital technology,take into account the compatibility with the current system,improve the data quality assessment system,and focus on exploring how to use digital technology to make decisions for the logistics system and optimize the operation rules.
