摘要
保障优质供应和降低物流成本是生鲜物流行业发展的目标。本文从生鲜物流网络建设入手,研究生鲜冷链配送中心这一节点的空间布局问题,决策因素涉及节点选址、路径规划和库存控制三方面。考虑到需求难以确定,以集建设成本、运输成本、货损成本等在内的总成本最小为优化目标,构建了模糊随机需求下选址—路径—库存集成优化模型。最后以北京市西南区域为例进行算例分析,从而验证了方案的可行性,以期为相关冷链物流配送网络优化提供参考方案。
Securing high-quality supply and reducing logistics costs are the goals of the agricultural products logistics industry.This paper focuses on the spatial layout problem of the cold chain distribution center,a crucial node in the construction of the logistics network.The decision-making factors involve three aspects:node location,route planning and inventory control.Considering the difficulty of determining demand,develops a fuzzy random demand-based optimization model with a minimization objective that takes construction costs,transportation costs,decay loss and so on into account.An illustrative analysis of the southwestern region of Beijing as an example is conducted to validate the feasibility of the proposed solution.The aim is to provide reference for optimizing related cold chain logistics networks.
