超低渗透油藏暂堵压裂技术优化研究

摘要 胡A超低渗透油藏储层物性差、非均质性强,随着开发年限延长及大规模井网加密,含水率快速上升,常规工艺适应性变差。通过转变储层改造理念,综合考虑地质与开发特征,开展了暂堵剂类型、加入时机、配套压裂参数及压裂液体系等优化研究,形成了具有胡A油藏特色的暂堵压裂技术体系,该工艺提高了重复压裂的针对性和有效性,增加了储层有效改造体积。现场应用17口油井,单井日增油达到常规压裂的3倍,油井平均含水率较措施前大幅下降24.5%,控水增油效果显著,为超低渗透油藏储层改造提供了理论依据和现场指导建议。 Hu A ultra-low permeability reservoir has poor physical property and strong heterogeneity.With the extension of development life and large-scale well pattern encryption,water cut increases rapidly,and the adaptability of conventional technology becomes poor deteriorate.Considering the geological and development characteristics,optimization studies on the type of temporary plugging agent,adding time,supporting fracturing parameters and fracturing fluid system were carried out,and a temporary plugging fracturing technology system with the characteristics of Hu A reservoir was formed,which improves the pertinence and effectiveness of re-fracturing and increases the effective reservoir reconstruction volume.The technology was used on 17 oil wells,single well oil production reached 3 times of the conventional fracturing,and the average water cut declined 24.5%on average after the treatment,and has a remarkable effect of controlling water and increasing oil.It provides a theoretical basis and field guidance for the reconstruction of ultra-low permeability reservoirs.
