粉煤灰堵剂粒度分布分形维与其抗压强度的关系研究

摘要 为了研究粉煤灰堵剂粒度分布分形维及其与抗压强度的关系,首先采用激光粒度仪对3组粉煤灰堵剂进行粒度分布规律测试;然后引入分形理论,利用粒度分布分形维测算模型对实测数据进行拟合分析;最后加入抗压强度这个变量,评价分形维数与抗压强度之间的关系。结果表明,测试的3组样品粒度分布分形维在2.20340~2.72071,固化抗压强度在1.5~2.5 MPa,即随着粉煤灰堵剂粒度分布分形维增大,颗粒间的填充物更加致密,固化后的抗压强度也随之增大,其封堵能力和耐冲刷能力就越强。 In order to study the fractal dimension of fly ash particle size distribution and its relationship with compressive strength.First,a laser particle size analyzer was used to test the particle size distribution patterns of three types of fly ash plugging agents.Then the fractal theory is introduced,and the particle size distribution fractal dimension prediction model is used to fit and analyze the measured data.Finally,the variable compressive strength is added to evaluate the relationship between fractal dimension and compressive strength.The results show that the particle size distribution fractal dimension of the three tested samples ranges from 2.20340 to 2.72071,and the cured compressive strength ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 MPa.That is,as the particle size distribution fractal dimension of fly ash plugging agent increases,the filling between particles becomes denser,the compressive strength after solidification also increases,and its blocking ability and erosion resistance become stronger.
