摘要
为提升IT赋能服务业务过程外包(ITES-BPO)服务提供方的服务交付质量和市场竞争力,填补针对ITES-BPO组织过程能力评估和组织成熟度评估的相关标准的空白,亟需研制GB/T 42749—2023《信息技术IT赋能服务业务过程外包(ITES-BPO)生存周期过程》系列标准。该系列标准规定了ITES-BPO服务行业中生存周期过程的要求,定义了过程参考模型、过程评估模型、度量框架和组织成熟度模型、术语和概念以及指南等主要内容,并分析了GB/T 42749—2023系列标准各部分之间的关系,给予了ITES-BPO服务提供方科学的指引及行业最佳实践。
In order to improve the service delivery quality and market competitiveness of ITES-BPO service providers,and to fill the gaps of relevant standards targeting ITES-BPO process capability assessment and organization maturity assessment,there is an urgent need to develop GB/T 42749—2023 Information technology-IT Enabled Services-Business Process Outsourcing(ITES-BPO)lifecycle processes.This series of standards specifies the lifecycle process requirements performed by ITES-BPO service providers,defines the main contents of the process reference model,process assessment model,measurement framework and organization maturity model,terms and concepts as well as guidelines,and analyses the relationship between the various parts of the GB/T 42749—2023 series of standards,which gives ITES-BPO service providers scientific guidelines and industry best practices.
