数字孪生在产教融合教学和创新研究中的应用——以深圳市某学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 为解决产业智能制造和数字化转型人才刚需和职业院校人才培养的脱节问题,以深圳市某学院构建数字孪生化智能制造和数字化转型教学实训体系为例,进行基于数字孪生的标准化可持续发展产教融合教学实训创新模式研究。利用数字孪生支撑软件和教学实训示范线构建数字孪生教学实训支撑体系。以数字孪生生产线和产教融合师资为依托,开展课程体系和实训项目创成式开发建设,开展数字孪生化智能制造教学培训、实践实训及创成拓展,推动产教良好互动和可持续融合发展。 To address the disjoint between the demand for industrial intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation talents and the talent cultivation in vocational colleges,taking the construction of a digital twinned intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation teaching and training system at a College in Shenzhen as an example,a research on the innovative model of standardized sustainable industry education integrated teaching and training based on digital twins is conducted.A digital twin teaching and training support system is structured based on digital twin software and teaching and training demonstration production lines.Depended on the digital twin production line and joint faculty from industry and colleges,innovative development of curriculum systems and practical training projects,innovation expansion of digital twinned intelligent manufacturing teaching,study,practical training and generative capability expansion are practiced together with the promotion of good interaction between industry and education and sustainable integrated development.
