摘要
德国工业4.0自2011年提出以来,发展十多年已形成一套自上而下的体系结构。数字孪生、工业互联网、两化融合、数字化等概念的提出,也从各角度丰富了工业4.0的意义与发展。随着工业4.0概念的内涵加深与外延拓展,相应体系、技术与应用已在各行各业发挥作用,助力社会的发展与进步。本文由浅入深地介绍工业4.0与资产管理壳相关概念与工具,并用实例展示了资产管理壳的应用,旨在为工业4.0研究者梳理资产管理壳的由来、理论与实践,以便更好地开展工业4.0的研究和落地工作。
Since the German Industrie 4.0 was proposed in 2011,it has developed for more than 10 years and has formed a top-down architecture.The concepts of digital twin,industrial Internet,integration of informatization and industrialization,and digitalization have also enriched the meaning and development of Industrie 4.0 from various angles.With the deepening of the connotation and extension of Industrie 4.0,corresponding systems,technologies and applications have been scattered in all walks of life and help the development and progress of society.The paper introduces the concepts and tools related to Industrie 4.0 and Asset Administration Shell from shallow to deep,and shows the application of Asset Administration Shell with examples,aiming to sort out the origin,theory and practice of Asset Administration Shell for Industrie 4.0 researchers,in order to conduct the research and application of Industrie 4.0 better.
