摘要
本文针对日常检测过程中导热系数测定仪冷热板、加热板等刚性物体的温度测不准的难题,设计出一种薄片式温度传感器,与温度显示装置相配合形成一套专门的校准装置。为了验证其性能,将该传感器应用于冷热板的温度校准上。实践证明,该薄片式传感器能准确的测量出导热系数冷热板的温度,与传统的温度传感器相比,该传感器具有响应速度快、测量精度高的优点。
To solve the problem of inaccurate temperature measurement of rigid objects such as hot and cold plates and hot plates of thermal conductivity testers in the daily testing process,the paper designs a thin sheet temperature sensor,which is combined with the temperature display device to form a special calibration device.To verify its performance,the sensor is applied to the temperature calibration of hot and cold plates.Practice has proved that the thin plate sensor can accurately measure the temperature of the thermal conductivity cold and hot plate,compared with the traditional temperature sensor,the sensor has the advantages of fast response speed and high measurement accuracy.
