摘要
缺血再灌注(ischemia-reperfusion,I/R)作为一种复杂血流动力学过程,可通过氧化应激、线粒体功能障碍和炎症反应等引起组织损伤,是导致患者预后不良的重要因素,探究其有效防治措施具有重要临床意义。褪黑素作为一种具有强大抗氧化及抗炎特性的内源性激素,在降低细胞死亡、改善组织I/R损伤方面具有重要作用。因此,本文就褪黑素与器官I/R损伤的关系进行综述,以期为褪黑素应用于临床减轻器官I/R损伤提供理论依据。
Ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)is a com-plex hemodynamic process that can cause tissue damage through oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,and inflammatory reactions.It is an important factor leading to poor prognosis in pa-tients,and the exploration of effective prevention and treatment measures is of significant clinical sig-nificance.As an endogenous hormone with strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties,Mel-atonin plays an important role in reducing cell death and improving tissue I/R injury.Therefore,this article reviews the relationship between Mela-tonin and organ I/R injury in order to provide a the-oretical basis for the clinical application of melato-nin to alleviate organ I/R injury.
