摘要
本研究利用人工接种禾谷镰孢菌的方法,对998份玉米地方种质资源进行穗腐病的抗性鉴定。结果表示,有3份表现高抗的地方种质材料,分别是铁心早、红爆花和乌炸包谷;有447份地方种质对禾谷镰孢菌的穗腐病抗性为抗级以上(中抗和抗)。Shannon-Weaver多样性指数为2.05,表明玉米地方种质资源在抗性上的整体多样性水平较高。比较不同类型地方种质的抗性评价结果,发现普通玉米地方种质较糯玉米类型整体上表现出较强的抗性。
In this study,one panel of 998 maize local germplasm resources were collected and evaluated in resistance to maize ear rot by using artificial inoculation with Fusarium graminearum.Results showed that three local germplasm materials of Tiexinzao,Hongbaohua and Wuzhabaogu showed the strongest high resistance to Fusarium graminearum.447 maize local germplasms showed mid-resistance to Fusarium graminearum.Shannon-Weaver diversity index was 2.05,which indicated that the diversity level of maize local germplasm resources was high in resistance to Fusarium graminearum.Comparing the results of resistance evaluation of different local germplasm,it was found that the local germplasm of common maize showed stronger resistance than that of waxy local germplasm.
