高校统一战线助推乡村全面振兴的逻辑理路与五维策略

The Logic and Five-dimensional Strategy of the University United Front to Promote the Overall Rejuvenation of the Countryside

全面推进乡村振兴,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央继脱贫攻坚取得胜利后,立足国情世情农情而作出的一个重大决策。高校统一战线作为统战工作的重要组成部分,助推乡村全面振兴是职责所在、发展所向、目标所指,应在借鉴和接续助力脱贫攻坚实践经验的基础上,围绕要不要、能不能、愿不愿、久不久、好不好五个问题维度改进和加强策略,切实发挥高校统一战线助推乡村全面振兴的重要作用。

Comprehensively pushing forward rural vitalization is a major historical task based on the victory of poverty alleviation under the firmleadership of President Xi Jinping.As a critical element of the united front work,the united front in colleges and universities is dialectically united with its responsibility,development direction and goal in promoting rural vitalization on all fronts.On the basis of drawing on and continuing the practical experience of poverty alleviation campaign,we should improve the boosting strategy focusing on the“five dimensional issues”―the intention,ability and willingness,the duration and effect of the full advancement of rural revital-ization,so as to give full play to the important role of the united front in colleges and universities in accelerating the rural vitalization on all fronts.
