肿瘤标志物糖类抗原125及甲胎蛋白在卵巢肿瘤良、恶性诊断中的价值

Value of carbohydrate antigen 125 and alpha-fetoprotein as tumor markers in diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors

目的探究卵巢良恶性肿瘤的诊断中,应用肿瘤标志物糖类抗原125与甲胎蛋白进行诊断的相关价值。方法收集我院2017年1月至2021年8月收治的480例卵巢肿瘤患者作为本文研究对象,根据临床病理诊断结果其中良性病例400例,恶性病例80例,对比两组患者的肿瘤标志物水平、肿瘤患者的糖类抗原125与甲胎蛋白的阳性率以及联合检测的诊断效能。结果恶性肿瘤患者糖类抗原125水平以及甲胎蛋白水平均较卵巢良性肿瘤高(P<0.05);糖类抗原125、甲胎蛋白卵巢恶性肿瘤阳性率分别为85.00%、65.00%,糖类抗原125、甲胎蛋白卵巢良性肿瘤阳性率分别为62.50%、41.50%,糖类抗原125、甲胎蛋白卵巢恶性肿瘤阳性率分别高于糖类抗原125、甲胎蛋白卵巢良性肿瘤阳性率(P<0.05);联合检测后其诊断准确度为90.83%(436/400),灵敏度为95.00%(76/80),特异度为90.00%(360/400)。结论肿瘤标志物糖类抗原125及甲胎蛋白应用在卵巢良恶性肿瘤诊断中有着良好对诊断效能,能够对卵巢恶性肿瘤有效筛查,属于重要对血清肿瘤标志物,诊断价值高。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of carbohydrate antigen 125 and alpha-fetoprotein in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Methods A total of 480 patients with ovarian tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to August 2021 were collected as the study objects.According to the clinicopathological diagnosis results,400 benign cases and 80 malignant cases were included.The levels of tumor markers,the positive rates of carbohydrate antigen 125 and alpha-fetoprotein in tumor patients and the diagnostic efficiency of combined detection were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of carbohydrate antigen 125 and alpha-fetoprotein in malignant tumors were higher than those in benign ovarian tumors(P<0.05).The positive rates of carbohydrate antigen 125 and alpha-fetoprotein ovarian malignant tumor were 85.00% and 65.00%,respectively,and the positive rates of carbohydrate antigen 125 and alpha-fetoprotein ovarian benign tumor were 62.50% and 41.50%,respectively.The positive rates of carbohydrate antigen 125 and A-fetoprotein ovarian malignant tumor were higher than those of carbohydrate antigen 125 and A-fetoprotein ovarian benign tumor(P<0.05).After combined testing,its diagnostic accuracy was 90.83%(436/400),sensitivity was 95.00%(76/80),and specificity was 90.00%(360/400).Conclusion The application of carbohydrate antigen 125 and alpha-fetoprotein as tumor markers in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors has good diagnostic efficacy,and can effectively screen ovarian malignant tumors.They are important serum tumor markers with high diagnostic value.
