基于露点降估算的APU电子控制系统设计

摘要 为了实现商用车电控空气处理系统闭环精确控制、使系统的安全性和经济性得到改善,在商用车空气处理系统中引入了温湿度传感器。根据温湿度和压力数据,经Vogel-Tamma-Fulcher(VTF)方程实现了对高压露点降(DPD)的实时计算和监测。在此基础上,设计了一种适用于底盘域控制器或整车控制器的商用车空气处理单元(APU)电子控制系统。试验结果显示,在中国重型商用车瞬态循环(C-WTVC)工况下使用该系统可以有效降低再生率约4%,商用车空气处理系统的空气压缩机负荷率降低约3%。在APU电控系统中引入露点估算,实现了对空气处理系统DPD的实时监控和稳定控制,提升了系统安全性、降低了空气压缩机负荷。 In order to achieve closed-loop accurate control of the electronic control air processing system of commercial vehicles,so that the safety and economy of the system can be improved,the temperature and humidity sensor is introduced into the air processing system of commercial vehicles. Together with the datas of the temperature and humidity and pressure, the high pressure dew point depress(DPD) can be real-time calculated and monitored using the Vogel-Tamma-Fullcher(VTF) equation. On this basis, a electronic control system for commercial vehicle air processing unit(APU) is designed,which is suitable for chassis domain controller or vehicle controller.Experimental results indicate that the system can effectively reduce the regeneration rate by about 4%,and the air compressor on-load rate of the commercial vehicle air processing system can be reduced by about 3%,under the China world transient vehicle cycle(C-WTVC). The dew point estimation is introduced into APU electrical control system,which realized real-time monitoring and stable control of DPD in air processing system,improved system safety and reduced the load of air compressor.
