化工企业中控室环境智能监测控制系统设计

摘要 中控室是保障生产运行的重中之重。当前,化工企业中控室内部环境监测和控制智能化水平较低、人员操作环境和设备运行环境不理想,导致安全隐患突出。针对上述问题,创新性地设计了一套基于STM32和LabVIEW的中控室环境智能监测控制系统。系统下位机采用STM32F429IG作为主控芯片,通过DS18B20、光敏电阻、E18-D80NK等传感器实现对中控室多点温度、光照强度、人数、气体浓度等环境参数的采集。利用TB6600HG、TPS92515等驱动芯片搭建电路,实现对空调、照明灯、报警器等设备的智能控制。通过RS-485串口,将数据传输到上位机监控平台,以实现对各参数的实时读取、显示和存储。测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,具有较好的实用性和可拓展性,开发成本低,同时也为其他类型中控室环境监测控制提供了参考。该研究对安全生产领域研究焦点从传统生产区域延伸到非生产区域具有一定的启发意义。 The central control room is the most important thing to protect the production operation. At present, the intelligent level of environmental monitoring and control inside the central control room of chemical enterprises is relatively low, the operating environment of personnel and equipment is not ideal, which leads the outstanding safety hazards. In view of the above problems, a set of center control room environment intelligent monitoring and control system based on STM32 and LabVIEW is innovatively designed. The lower computer of the system adopts STM32F429IG as the main control chip and realizes the collection of environmental parameters such as multi-point temperature, light intensity, number of people, and gas concentration in the central control room through sensors such as DS18B20, photosensitive resistor, and E18-D80NK,etc. The circuit is built by using TB6600HG, TPS92515 and other driver chips to achieve intelligent control of air conditioning, lighting, alarms, and other equipment. Through the RS-485 serial port, the data is transmitted to the upper computer monitoring platform to realize the real-time reading, display, and storage of each parameter. Test results show that the system runs stably, has good practicability and expandability, low development cost, and also provides a reference for other types of central control room environmental monitoring and control. The research has some inspirational significance for the extension of the research focus in the field of safety production from the traditional production area to the non-production area.
