绿色电力交易结算流程安全监测模型研究

摘要 为了避免电力用户在交易过程中受到欺诈,需要对整个绿色电力交易结算流程展开监测。提出了基于多时间尺度耦合的绿色电力交易结算流程安全监测模型。基于时间光滑正则化的序列数据融合方法,对多时间尺度的绿色电力交易数据展开融合处理。根据数据融合结果,分析绿色电力交易结算的具体流程,创新性地采用蒙特卡洛模拟法建立交易模型。通过马尔科夫随机场模型,根据绿色电力交易结算流程的特点建立安全监测模型,以实现绿色电力交易结算流程的安全监测。试验结果表明,应用所提模型可以覆盖整个绿色电力交易流程,高精度监测绿色电力交易24 h的安全态势。该研究为分析绿色电力交易结算过程中存在的安全隐患提供参考。 To avoid power users from being defrauded during the transaction process, it is necessary to monitor the whole green power transaction settlement process. A security monitoring model of green power transaction settlement process based on multi-timescale coupling is proposed. Based on the sequence data fusion method of time smooth regularization, the green power transaction data of multi-timescale are fused. Based on the data fusion results, the specific process of green power transaction settlement is analyzed, and the Monte Carlo simulation method is innovatively adopted to establish the transaction model. Through the Markov random field model, a security monitoring model is established according to the characteristics of the green power transaction settlement process to realize the security monitoring of the green power transaction settlement process. The experimental results show that the application of the proposed model can cover the entire green power transaction process and monitor the 24-hour security posture of green power transaction with high accuracy. The study provides a reference for analyzing the security risks in the settlement process of green power transaction.
