基于水性树脂-乳化沥青体系的坑槽修补材料性能评价及应用研究

摘要 乳化沥青具有高效、节能、环保、污染小等优势,而树脂材料具有高粘结、高强度性能。因此将乳化沥青体系与水性树脂体系有机结合,开发出一种既有乳剂型修补材料良好的施工和易性同时又具有树脂优良的粘结性能、高温稳定性和耐久性的新型沥青路面坑槽修补材料,评价分析了水性树脂-乳化沥青体系的技术性能,并用基于水性树脂-乳化沥青体系的坑槽修补材料铺筑了实体工程,应用效果良好。结果表明:水性树脂-乳化沥青体系坑槽修补材料有利于提高坑槽病害修补质量、延长使用寿命。 Emulsified asphalt has advantages such as high efficiency,energy conservation,environmental protection,and low pollution and so on,while resin materials have high adhesion and high strength performance.Therefore,the organic combination of emulsified asphalt system and waterborne resin system is made to develop a new type of asphalt pavement pit repair material that not only has good construction and workability of emulsion-type repair materials,but also has excellent resin bonding performance,high-temperature stability and durability.The technical performance of the waterborne resin-emulsified asphalt system is evaluated and analyzed,and the physical engineering is constructed by using the pit repair material based on the waterborne resin-emulsified asphalt system,with good application effect.The results show that:the pit repair material of water-based resin-emulsified asphalt system is beneficial for improving the quality and prolonging the service life of pit disease repair.
