摘要
为解决贾凡尼效应的量化问题,采用贾凡尼测量仪测量化学腐蚀与电化学腐蚀的电极电位及贾凡尼电流,研究微蚀槽各参数对贾凡尼效应的影响。结果表明,通过电极电位的测量与监控,可以准确地掌握微蚀槽液的电化学腐蚀情况,从而使贾凡尼电流问题得到数据化管控。
To solve the quantification problem of the Galvanic effect,a Galvanic measuring instrument was used to measure the electrode potential and Galvanic current of chemical and electrochemical corrosion,and the influence of various parameters of the micro etching tank on the Galvanic effect was studied.The results showed that by measuring and monitoring the electrode potential,the electrochemical corrosion situation of the micro etching tank solution can be accurately grasped,thus allowing the Galvanic current problem to be data-driven and controlled.
