锑胁迫对西瓜光合生理特性的影响

摘要 为了探讨锑胁迫对西瓜光合生理特性的影响,为重金属污染地区西瓜品种选育提供理论依据,通过对3个西瓜品种进行盆栽试验,研究不同锑浓度(w)0(CK)、50、100、200、400 mg·kg^(-1)胁迫对西瓜光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度、气孔导度以及西瓜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,澳华西农八号在成熟期的光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度随着锑浓度的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,而胞间CO_(2)浓度呈逐渐升高的趋势。欣红888的SOD活性出现“低抑高促”现象,澳华西农八号和麒麟先锋F1的CAT活性出现“低促高抑”现象;3个西瓜品种在不同锑浓度处理下的POD活性均高于CK。3个西瓜品种对锑胁迫的生理反应有一定差异,澳华西农八号内部响应锑胁迫的机制更为完善。 In order to study the effects of antimony stress on photosynthetic physiological characteristics of watermelon and provide theoretical basis for breeding watermelon varieties in heavy metal polluted areas.Through pot experiment on three watermelon varieties,the effects of 0(CK)50,100,200,400 mg·kg^(-1)Sb(III)on photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO_(2)concentration,stomatal conductance,and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD),and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in watermelon were studied.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of Aohua Xinong No.8 at maturity increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of Sb concentration,while the intercellular CO_(2)concentration increased gradually.The activity of SOD in Xinhong 888 appeared‘low inhibition and high enhancement’,while the activity of CAT in Aohua Xinong No.8 and Kylin Pioneer F1 appeared‘low enhancement and high inhibition’.The POD activity of three watermelon varieties was higher than that of CK at different antimony concentrations.The physiological responses of the three watermelon cultivars to antimony stress were different,and the response mechanism of Aohua Xinong No.8 was more advanced.
