南京江北新区人才需求与高职人才供给耦合探究

Coupling of Demand for Industrial Talents and Supply of Higher Vocational Talents in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area

南京江北新区作为国家级新区,汇聚了大量新兴产业。产业人才需求与高职人才供给耦合联动,对于江北新区快速发展和高职教育健康发展具有重要意义。高职院校与江北新区产业耦合存在人才供给与人才需求结构性错配、高职院校承接产业转移能力不足、高职人才供给与产业人才需求协同创新合力尚未形成等问题。高职院校需要深化产教融合,主动适应江北新区人才需求结构的变化,增强人才培育内生动力,构建联动创新体系,促进学校和企业耦合发展。

Nanjing Jiangbei New Area,as a national-level new area,has gathered a large number of emerging industries.Coupling development of talents demand and talents supply is significant to meet the needs of rapid development of both Jiangbei New Area and higher Vocational education.The problems in the coupling lie in:structural mismatch of demand and supply of talents,the insufficient ability of higher vocational colleges to undertake industrial transfer,the lack of synergy and innovation between the supply of higher vocational talent.Higher vocational colleges need to deepen the integration of production and education,take the initiative to adapt to the changes in the structure of talent demand in Jiangbei New Area,strengthen the endogenous power of talent cultivation,build a linkage innovation system,and promote the coupling development of schools and enterprises.
