摘要 产教融合是职业教育的本质属性。如何提高学生的就业能力,实现学校人才培养与企业需求无缝对接是职业院校教学改革的重点。随着高等职业教育的发展,高职生源呈现多元化特点,学生的个性化发展需求突出。分析财会专业真账实训中存在的问题,提出财会真账实训分层教学的思路,以期在调动学生学习积极性的基础上全面提高财会专业人才培养质量。 The integration of industry and education is the fundamentals of vocational education.How to improve students employ ability and achieve seamless integration between talents cultivated by schools and the needs of enterprises is the focus of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.With the development of higher vocational education,there is a demand for diversified and personalized development of student sources.The article analyzes the problems existing in the real accounting training of accounting major,and proposes a layered teaching approach for the real account training,aiming to comprehensively improve the quality of accounting talent training on the basis of mobilizing learning enthusiasm.
