摘要
125 A壳架以下塑壳断路器是塑壳断路器中的主力军,对其进行的整合提升主要是将63 A、100 A壳架产品提升至125 A,其中又以短路分断为主要难点。通过产气材料,初步增加分断能力;通过栅片电压测量分析,对灭弧室的栅片灭弧情况进行量化数据分析;通过电磁力的仿真,优化触头部分的磁场。通过改进设计,新的125 A壳架产品可代替原有产品,满足性能,同时降低主要产品的成本。
Molded case circuit breakers(MCCB)below 125 A are main force in the field of MCCBs.The main way to integrate and improve them is to elevate 63 A and 100 A products to 125 A with short circuit breaking being the main difficulty.It is possible to preliminarily increase its breaking capacity through gas producing materials.Quantified data analysis can be conducted on the condition of the arc extinguishing chamber’s grid segments through the measurement and analysis of grid voltage.The simulation of electromagnetic force is used to optimize the magnetic field of the contact part.By improving the design,the new 125A product can replace the original product and meet the performance requirements while reducing the cost of the main product.
