摘要 随着市场竞争的激烈和消费者需求的多样化,传统的市场营销决策方法已无法满足企业的需求。因此,文章引入多Agent系统的概念和原理,结合市场营销领域的特点设计了一套决策支持系统。该系统通过多个智能Agent的协同工作和协作学习,实现了市场调研、客户分析、营销策略制定等功能。文章首先对多Agent系统的优势进行了分析,随后探讨了市场营销决策支持系统的设计要素,最后分析了多Agent系统的实施步骤和具体应用,旨在为企业发展提供一定的参考。 With the intensification of market competition and the diversification of consumer demand,traditional marketing decision-making methods are no longer able to meet the needs of enterprises.Therefore,this article introduces the concept and principles of multi-agent systems,and designs a decision support system based on the characteristics of the marketing field.The system achieves functions such as market research,customer analysis,and marketing strategy formulation through the collaborative work and learning of multiple intelligent agents.This article analyzes the advantages of multi-agent systems,then explores the design elements of marketing decision support systems,and finally analyzes the implementation steps and specific applications of multi-agent systems,aiming to provide some reference for enterprise development.
