摘要
考虑到数控加工过程中刀具磨损会产生一定的变形误差,文章对此提出了一种基于贝叶斯统计的数控加工变形误差控制方法,该方法可通过合并数控加工的历史变形误差数据得到数控加工整体工序的误差数据,并利用贝叶斯网络以确定数控加工变形误差源。其中,针对数控加工设备的刚度不足引起的变形误差、热加工引起的变形误差以及定位精度低引起的变形误差,文章通过贝叶斯统计构建了数控加工过程中变形误差的统计学控制函数,实现了数控加工变形误差的控制。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效控制数控加工中的变形误差,并将控制精度提高至90%以上。
Considering that tool wear during NC machining can result in certain deformation errors,this article proposes a deformation error control method of NC machining based on Bayesian statistics.This method can obtain the error data of the overall NC machining sequence by merging historical deformation error data of NC machining,and use Bayesian networks to determine the source of NC machining deformation errors.Among them,in response to deformation errors caused by insufficient stiffness of NC machining equipment,deformation errors caused by thermal processing,and deformation errors caused by low positioning accuracy,this article constructs a statistical control function for deformation errors in NC machining process through Bayesian statistics,achieving the control of numerical control machining deformation errors.The experimental results show that this method can effectively control deformation errors in NC machining and improve control accuracy to over 90%.
