乡村振兴背景下加强南昌农村养老服务体系建设研究

建立健全农村养老服务体系,是推进乡村振兴战略的关键组成部分。在乡村振兴战略背景下,南昌市通过政府引导、社会参与、多元化服务、五级联动等措施不断完善农村养老服务体系建设,在提升农村老年人的生活质量和幸福感方面取得了一定成效,但仍面临政策、经费、社会和文化等方面的问题。因此,需要通过完善农村养老政策体系、发展多元化的农村养老服务供给、提高农村养老服务质量和效率、营造良好的农村养老服务环境、加强养老服务信息化建设和技术应用等措施加强南昌农村养老服务体系建设。

The construction and improvement of rural elderly care service system is the key component of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.In the context of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,Nanchang has been continuously improving the rural elderly care service system through measures such as government guidance,social participation,diversified services and five-tier linkage,many achievements have been made in improving the quality of life and well-being of the elderly in rural areas,but still faces issues in policy,funding,society,culture,and others.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the rural elderly care service system in Nanchang through measures such as improving the rural elderly care policy system,developing the diversified supply of the rural endowment service,improving the quality and efficiency of rural elderly care services,creating a good environment for the rural elderly care service,and strengthening the informatization construction and technological application of elderly care services.
