摘要
工程造价管理是工程项目管理领域的焦点。本文以全过程造价控制管理为核心,结合江西公路水运工程项目,并应用BIM技术建立了三维工程模型,研究了公路水运工程项目的造价控制管理路径和运行机制。研究结果表明,设计阶段对全过程造价有显著影响,而施工阶段则是计价最复杂、计价形式最多样、涉及单位最多的阶段,因此这两个阶段应受到重点关注。
Engineering cost management is the focus of the field of engineering project management.This article takes the whole process cost control management as the core,combined with the Jiangxi highway and waterway engineering project,and applies BIM technology to establish a three-dimensional engineering model,studying the cost control management path and operation mechanism of highway and waterway engineering projects.The research results indicate that the design phase has a significant impact on the overall cost of the process,while the construction phase is the stage with the most complex pricing,the most diverse pricing forms,and the most units involved.Therefore,these two stages should be given special attention.
